This course focuses on physical self-healing of Reiki. It includes the following:

• Attuning to Reiki

• Reiki Principles and history of Reiki

• Learning the Chakras and how they interrelate with the endocrine system

• Learning how to use the mental and emotional clearance technique

• Learning to bring Reiki into all areas of your life

• Practising treating yourself and others with Reiki

Reiki Level One Manual, Certificate on completion of the course will be provided.
